Morris B. Cohen

Bio: 

Morris Cohen's primary research interests are ELF/VLF wave generation with HF heating of the ionosphere, lightning-generated terrestrial gamma-ray flashes, lightning physics and measurement instrumentation, ELF/VLF radio receiver design, and ELF/VLF wave impacts in the magnetosphere. He also works on the `AWESOME' global network, a UN and NASA-led effort to place scientific instruments in developing countries.

Dr. Cohen also serves as a AAAS Science Policy Fellow at the National Science Foundation, where he works in the Engineering directorate.
